Role: Lead clinical research activities as Clinical Director (Principal Scientist) in Early Oncology, overseeing all phases from pre-clinical to post-licensure. Objectives: manage trial design, execution, analysis, regulatory reporting, and publication; provide scientific oversight and strategic input in oncology therapeutics. Responsibilities: plan and oversee clinical trials, collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, statistical, manufacturing), support business development, and engage with investigators. Maintain scientific expertise through ongoing research and communication with external leaders. Qualifications: MD or MD/PhD, minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience, 1+ year in drug development or biomedical research, proven scientific achievement, strong communication skills, and industry or academic leadership. Preferred: Board certification in Oncology, prior clinical research publications.
