Role: Lead clinical research activities as Clinical Director (Principal Scientist) for early-stage oncology medicines, encompassing all phases from preclinical to post-licensure. Responsibilities: plan and oversee clinical trial design, execution, monitoring, analysis, and regulatory reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, manufacturing, and commercialization; support research initiatives and external research collaborations; author scientific documents and facilitate investigator partnerships; maintain current scientific knowledge and attend scientific meetings. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD; minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience; at least 1 year in drug development or biomedical research; demonstrated scientific achievement; strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Board certification in Oncology or related field, prior clinical research experience, and publications.
