Main Responsibilities
- Co-own and lead CSO Digital & AI transformation initiatives; align with CSO strategy and value realization.
- Set decision authority on portfolio prioritization, sequencing, trade-offs, investment/resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Align flagship transformation initiatives (e.g., ACT4Patients, eDEV) for coherence and early value realization; continually recalibrate roadmap using performance, field feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure governance alignment across internal/external digital innovation initiatives; evolve iPMO as a decision-enablement mechanism.
- Define and enforce governance standards (business cases, ROI/value tracking, scale-up criteria, stop/pivot decisions); hold teams accountable for outcome-based value beyond milestones.
- Lead/sponsor high-impact clinical-development transformation programs with Digital/AI components; ensure end-to-end outcomes (alignment, financial performance, adoption, scale-up).
- Oversee enterprise deployment and scale-up; steer risks/dependencies and escalate as needed.
- Build capability: define ROI/adoption/maturity frameworks; translate external tech/AI/regulatory trends into actionable opportunities.
- Engage senior stakeholders; represent portfolio status/risks/value in governance forums; co-lead strategy forums; build partnerships beyond CSO; integrate business/tech/data teams.

Experience / Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise digital transformation, portfolio leadership, or strategic program governance.
- Proven large-scale digital/data/AI transformation in regulated environments.
- Strong BVA modeling, ROI tracking, and benefit realization.
- Able to influence executive decisions without direct authority.
- Clinical development understanding; enterprise exposure to GCP, ICH-GCP, and operational quality frameworks.

Leadership & Education
- Strategic systems thinking; analytical rigor with executive judgment.
- Master’s degree or PhD in relevant field (CS, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering w/ AI/ML). MBA plus.
- Fluent in English.
