Main Responsibilities
- Co-own and lead CSO Digital & AI transformation initiatives; ensure alignment with CSO strategy, priorities, and value realization.
- Set decision authority on portfolio prioritization, sequencing, trade-offs, and investment/resource allocation to maximize value and time-to-impact.
- Align flagship transformation initiatives (e.g., ACT4Patients, eDEV) for coherence and early business outcome realization.
- Maintain global visibility/governance across internal/external digital innovation initiatives.
- Evolve the Initiative Portfolio Management Office (iPMO) into a decision-enablement mechanism.
- Define and enforce governance standards (business cases, ROI/value tracking, scale-up criteria, stop/pivot decisions).
- Lead/sponsor high-impact, multi-million-euro transformation programs with Digital/AI components; own end-to-end outcomes (adoption, scale-up, sustained value).
- Build CSO-wide ROI/adoption/maturity measurement frameworks; translate external tech/AI/regulatory trends into transformation opportunities.
- Engage CSO senior stakeholders; represent portfolio status/risks/value in governance forums and co-lead strategy forums; build enterprise partnerships beyond CSO.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in enterprise digital transformation, portfolio leadership, or strategic program governance.
- Proven large-scale digital/data/AI transformation experience in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong BVA modeling, ROI tracking, and benefit realization.
- Ability to influence executive decisions without direct authority.
- Clinical development understanding; exposure to GCP, ICH-GCP, and operational quality frameworks.

Education
- Master’s degree or PhD in relevant field (CS, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering with AI/ML); MBA plus.
