Main Responsibilities
- Co-own and lead CSO Digital & AI transformation initiatives; align with strategy, priorities, and value realization.
- Exercise decision authority on prioritization, sequencing, trade-offs, and resource allocation to maximize CSO value and time-to-impact.
- Ensure governance alignment across internal/external digital innovation initiatives; evolve and run iPMO as a decision-enablement mechanism.
- Lead high-impact digital/AI transformation programs (multi-million euro) end-to-end: alignment, financial performance, adoption, scale-up, and value delivery.
- Build capability: define frameworks for measuring ROI, business impact, adoption, and maturity; translate technology/AI/regulatory trends into opportunities.
- Engage executives as a trusted transformation/governance partner; represent risks/value in governance forums; co-lead strategy forums; integrate business/tech/data teams.
Experience / Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise digital transformation, portfolio leadership, or strategic program governance.
- Proven leadership of large-scale digital/data/AI transformation in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong BVA modeling, ROI tracking, and benefit realization.
- Influence executive decisions without direct authority.
- Understanding of clinical development; exposure to GCP, ICH-GCP, and operational quality frameworks.
Skills / Leadership Competencies
- Function-level strategic and systems thinking; analytical rigor and executive judgment.
- Outcome/value-oriented with ownership; credible senior presence; strong cross-functional/cross-cultural orchestration.
Education / Language
- Masterβs or PhD in relevant field (CS/Data Science/Engineering focused on AI/ML); MBA a plus. Fluent in English.
