Job Summary
This position is for a Clinical Development Senior Medical Director within the atirmociclib program. The individual contributor will support clinical trial(s) and lead sub teams in clinical development, ensuring the program meets scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct medical monitoring: eligibility assessment, data review, and safety monitoring.
- Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators.
- Serve as point of contact for clinical issues between study team, investigators, ethics committees, steering committees, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and contribute to development/maintenance of clinical trial and regulatory documents with the Clinical Scientist and cross-functional team.
- Provide clinical development leadership across several study teams.
- Serve as Clinical Development Lead on subteams, including Marketing Authorization Applications.
- Collaborate to create/refine development strategies; represent the company in external engagements.
- Review and interpret clinical data with Clinical Scientists; communicate findings to internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical expertise by staying current with literature and guidelines to drive clinical development plans.

Basic Qualifications
- Primary medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB) from a recognized institution; 4+ years in biopharmaceutical clinical research and development.
- Licensed by a health authority to prescribe medicines independently for at least 2 years post intern/house officer/foundation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Board certified/eligible in oncology.
- Breast Oncology experience (2+ years).
- Late phase clinical development experience.

Work/Travel
- Travel to scientific conferences/meetings several times per year.
- Hybrid: live within commuting distance; work on-site ~2.5 days/week.
- Relocation support available.
