Job Summary:
This position is for a Clinical Development Senior Medical Director within the atirmociclib program. This individual contributor will support clinical trial(s) and lead sub teams in clinical development.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical monitoring activities including eligibility assessment, data review and safety monitoring.
- Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators.
- Serve as point of contact for clinical issues between study team, investigators, ethics committees, steering committees, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and contribute to development and maintenance of clinical trial and regulatory documents with Clinical Scientist and cross-functional team.
- Provide clinical development leadership across several study teams.
- Serve as Clinical Development Lead on subteams including for Marketing Authorization Applications.
- Collaborate with Global Development Team to create and refine development strategies.
- Represent the company in external engagements/joint collaborations.
- Review and interpret clinical data with Clinical Scientists; identify key findings and implications; communicate to internal/external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of latest developments, literature, and guidelines to advise and drive clinical development plans.

Basic Qualifications:
- Primary medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB) from a recognized institution.
- 4+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience in clinical research and development.
- Licensed to prescribe medicines independent of supervision for at least 2 years post intern/house officer/foundation period.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Board certified/eligible in oncology.
- Breast Oncology experience (2+ years).
- Late phase clinical development experience.

Non-standard Work/Location:
- Travel to scientific conferences/meetings several times per year (as needed).
- Hybrid; live within commuting distance; work on-site ~2.5 days/week.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Annual base salary range: $274,500–$457,500.
- Eligible for Global Performance Plan bonus target: 25% of base salary; share-based long-term incentive.
- Benefits include 401(k) with matching, retirement contribution, paid vacation/holidays/personal days, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision.
