Clinical Development Medical Director, Oncology

Role: Medical Director providing clinical development leadership for the PF 4404 program, specializing in overseeing trial design, conduct, safety, and analysis. Responsibilities include leading study teams, medical monitoring, stakeholder communication, and guiding trial and regulatory document development. The role involves strategic interpretation of clinical data, providing expert advice, and ensuring adherence to scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards. Qualifications include a medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB), at least 4 years of clinical experience, and licensure to prescribe medicines; board certification in oncology or thoracic experience is preferred. The position requires experience in late-stage clinical development, with a focus likely on oncology given the therapeutic area, and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders such as investigators, ethics committees, and health authorities. The role is hybrid, with expected travel of approximately 4 times per year, and reports to the Global Development Lead or Senior Medical Director.
