Clinical Development Medical Director, Oncology

Role: Medical Director providing clinical development leadership for Pfizer's PF 4404 program, focusing on trial design, conduct, and analysis; collaborating with cross-functional teams including regulatory, medical affairs, and pharmacovigilance. Responsibilities: oversee 2-3 study teams, lead medical monitoring, guide clinical data interpretation, and serve as the primary medical contact for investigators, ethics committees, and regulators; develop and maintain trial and regulatory documents; offer strategic insights on clinical data and development plans. Qualifications: MD/DO/MBBS/MBChB with 4+ years of experience; licensed for independent prescribing for at least 2 years. Preferred: late-stage clinical development experience, oncology expertise, board certification or eligibility in oncology, thoracic focus. High-value: oncology, clinical trials, regulatory interaction, medical monitoring, cross-functional leadership. Work setup: hybrid role with ~2.5 days onsite weekly; ability to travel ~4 times/year; US-based with possible relocation support.
