Clinical Development Medical Director, Oncology

Role: Medical Director providing clinical development leadership within the Thoracic oncology team, overseeing trial design, conduct, and data interpretation. Responsibilities include leading study teams, medical monitoring, investigator interactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance, along with offering strategic clinical insights and maintaining expertise in oncology. Requirements: Medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB), 4+ years of experience in clinical development, licensure to prescribe medicines for at least 2 years, with oncology experience mandatory. Preferred: late-stage clinical development and thoracic oncology expertise, board certification or eligibility. High-value: oncology (thoracic), clinical trial oversight, medical monitoring, cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, medical affairs, and study teams. Work setup: hybrid role in the U.S., requiring ~4 annual travel; reporting to the Executive Medical Director.
