Clinical Development Medical Director-Nephrology

Role: Medical Lead (Clinical Development Associate MD) for clinical trials, serving as Medical Monitor, overseeing safety, scientific integrity, and trial strategy. Responsibilities: develop study protocols, participate in study execution teams, contribute to regulatory documents such as INDs and CTAs, provide scientific input on study-related plans, liaise with internal teams and external medical personnel, and support other clinical development activities. Requirements: MD, DO, or equivalent; typically 8+ years of clinical or research experience; strong communication skills; familiarity with GCP, clinical study design, and regulatory interactions; board certification or clinical specialty training preferred.
