Role: Medical Director leading late-phase clinical trials within Hematology, providing clinical development expertise and strategic guidance. Responsibilities: oversee study design, conduct, and analysis; collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and medical affairs; lead medical monitoring activities; serve as the primary contact for clinical and regulatory interactions; review and interpret clinical data to inform development plans. Requirements: Medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, or MBChB), 4+ years of clinical development experience, licensed to prescribe medicines for at least 2 years. Preferred: late-stage clinical development and Hematology experience; board certification in oncology or related fields. High-Value: focus on Hematology, late-phase trials, regulatory engagement, clinical monitoring, and cross-functional leadership. Work setup: hybrid role based in the U.S., requiring onsite presence ~2.5 days/week and approximately 4 annual trips for conferences and meetings; relocation assistance may be available.
