Role: Medical Director providing clinical development leadership for late-phase hematology trials, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: oversee study design, conduct, and data analysis; collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and medical affairs; lead clinical monitoring activities and serve as liaison with investigators, ethics committees, and regulatory bodies; review and interpret clinical data to inform development strategies. Requirements: Medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB), with 4+ years of clinical development experience; licensed to prescribe medicines for at least 2 years; experience in late-stage hematology clinical trials preferred; board certification or eligibility in oncology advantageous. High-Value: focus on hematology, late-phase trials, medical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory interactions, hybrid work model (~2.5 days onsite/week), travel (~4 times/year). Reports to Global Development Lead or Senior/Executive Medical Director.
