Job Summary
Clinical Development Medical Director (prifetrastat program). Individual contributor supporting clinical trials and leading clinical development subteams to ensure scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct medical monitoring: eligibility assessment, data review, and safety monitoring.
- Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators.
- Serve as point of contact for clinical issues among study teams, investigators, ethics committees, steering committees, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and contribute to development/maintenance of clinical trial and regulatory documents with Clinical Scientists and cross-functional teams.
- Provide clinical development leadership across multiple study teams.
- Represent Clinical Development on subteams, including Marketing Authorization Applications.
- Collaborate with Global Development on development strategy.
- Represent the company in external engagements/joint collaborations.
- Review and interpret clinical data with Clinical Scientists; communicate implications to internal/external stakeholders.
- Stay current with literature and guidelines to advise and drive clinical development plans.

Basic Qualifications
- Primary medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB) and 4+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience in clinical research/development.
- Medical licensing to prescribe independently for at least 2 years post intern/house officer/foundation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Board certified/eligible in oncology (or equivalent).
- Breast Oncology experience (2+ years).
- Late-phase clinical development experience.

Work/Location
- Hybrid: live within commuting distance; ~2.5 days/week on-site.
- Travel to scientific conferences/meetings several times per year.
- Relocation support may be available.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary: $239,900–$399,800; bonus target 25% and eligibility for long-term incentive.
