Clinical Development Executive Medical Director, Thoracic

Role: Clinical Development Medical Executive Director supporting thoracic cancer oncology programs, responsible for defining and executing development strategy, leading clinical trial design and oversight, and representing the program externally. Responsibilities: lead global development teams, serve as subject matter expert on clinical issues, ensure integration of regulatory, statistical, and stakeholder input, oversee clinical protocols, safety evaluations, dose optimization, and health authority interactions. Provide strategic guidance, interpret clinical data, and contribute to regulatory submissions. Requirements: medical degree or advanced clinical/industry experience (~5+ years), licensed to prescribe medicines, prior leadership of diverse medical teams, and late-phase drug development experience in oncology. Preferred: board certification in oncology, experience in thoracic cancer or immuno-oncology trials, involvement in NDA/BLA/MAA submissions, and multi-phase oncology development across drug classes.
