Role: Medical Executive Director in Clinical Development supporting thoracic cancers, leading clinical strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: oversee clinical development plans, serve as subject matter expert on clinical issues, guide trial design and execution, manage medical and regulatory interactions, and interpret clinical data to inform decision-making. Lead and support one or more clinical subteams, oversee protocol development, safety evaluations, and regulatory submissions, and represent the company externally in scientific and regulatory forums. Requirements: Medical degree or advanced clinical/industry experience (β₯5 years), licensed to prescribe medicines for at least two years, with prior leadership in late-phase drug development. Preferred: Board certification in oncology, experience in thoracic cancer trials or immuno-oncology, and experience across multiple oncology development phases, NDA/BLA/MAA submissions. High-Value: Oncology (thoracic), late-phase development, medical leadership, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional coordination. Work setup: Hybrid role requiring on-site presence approximately 2.5 days/week; located within commuting distance.
