Role: Clinical Development Executive Medical Director for GU Therapeutics, focusing on Enfortumab vedotin. Responsibilities include leading the global clinical development strategy, overseeing trial design and execution, integrating regulatory and stakeholder input, managing clinical and safety evaluations, and preparing regulatory submissions. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, supporting regulatory meetings, and contributing to business development activities such as due diligence. Requirements: Medical degree or advanced clinical qualification, 7+ years industry experience, 5+ years leading diverse teams, experience in oncology clinical development, and prior management of medical or scientific teams. Preferred: Board certification in oncology, experience in multiple clinical phases and drug classes, and involved in NDA/BLA/MAA submissions. Travel: Ability to travel globally as needed; occasional work outside regular hours. Reporting to the VP, GDPL, Bladder Cancer, with potential management of up to six medical/clinical staff. The position is hybrid with some travel, supporting a senior leadership capacity within a biopharma company specializing in oncology therapeutics, specifically in bladder cancer, with a focus on biologics or antibody-drug conjugates at various development stages.
