Role: Clinical Development Executive Medical Director for GU Therapeutic Area, focusing on Enfortumab vedotin. Objectives include defining and executing clinical development strategies, overseeing trial design, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities encompass leading global cross-functional teams, integrating input from regulatory, statistical, and external stakeholders, and managing clinical protocols, safety evaluations, and data reporting. The role also involves leading regulatory submissions and supporting business development activities. Qualifications: Medical degree or advanced clinical/industry experience (4+ years), with 7+ years in industry, including 5+ years leading diverse teams. Preferred: Board certification in oncology, experience across clinical phases and drug classes in oncology, and involvement in NDA/BLA/MAA submissions. High-Value: Oncology, GU focus, biologics modality, late-phase development, regulatory submissions, and global travel. Reporting to the VP, GDPL, Bladder Cancer, and potentially managing 1-6 medical staff. Location: Hybrid with occasional international travel.
