Clinical Development Executive Medical Director

Role: Lead clinical development as a Medical Director in the GU therapeutic area, focusing on Enfortumab vedotin. Responsibilities: develop and execute global clinical strategies, oversee trial design, management, and data interpretation; lead cross-functional teams; serve as subject matter expert; support regulatory submissions and interactions; oversee clinical documentation, safety evaluations, dose optimization, and contribution to business development efforts. Qualifications: MD or advanced degree with >4 years relevant industry experience; 7+ years in industry; 5+ years leading diverse teams; prior management of medical directors or scientists. Preferred: board certification in oncology, experience across multiple clinical phases and drug classes, involvement in NDA/BLA/MAA processes. High-Value: Oncology (bladder cancer), biologics, late-stage development (Ph1-3), regulatory submission experience, global trial oversight. Collaboration: cross-functional teams, external regulatory bodies, and development review committees. Work setup: hybrid with potential global travel; occasional outside hours as needed.
