Qualifications: MD or advanced degree with >4 years relevant industry experience; 7+ years in industry; 5+ years leading diverse teams; prior management of medical directors or scientists. Preferred: board certification in oncology, experience across multiple clinical phases and drug classes, involvement in NDA/BLA/MAA processes. High-Value: Oncology (bladder cancer), biologics, late-stage development (Ph1-3), regulatory submission experience, global trial oversight. Collaboration: cross-functional teams, external regulatory bodies, and development review committees. Work setup: hybrid with potential global travel; occasional outside hours as needed.
