Clinical Development Director

Role: Lead clinical development of first-in-class therapies targeting metabolism and autoimmune diseases, focusing on early-stage pipeline advancement. Responsibilities: design and execute first-in-human protocols, develop translational and biomarker strategies, support IND filing and regulatory planning, and build stakeholder networks including KOLs and sites; contribute to scientific and platform narratives for investors. Requirements: MD with credibility in immune-mediated or metabolic disease; proven experience leading early-phase clinical programs, especially proof-of-mechanism studies; strong translational and pharmacodynamic strategy expertise; strategic, clinical, and scientific judgment; entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
