Clinical Data Scientist -RWE Data Analysis Oversight Lead: Inflammation

Role: Clinical Data Scientist - RWE Data Analysis Oversight Lead for Inflammation, responsible for overseeing timely and high-quality analysis results supporting the CDS-RWE portfolio. Responsibilities include managing analysis workflows, vendor performance, and ensuring analysis deliverables meet standards within a GxP environment; collaborating with scientific leads on data strategy and analysis specifications; and driving process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of experience in data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related fields; hands-on expertise with primary and real-world data sources using programming tools (e.g., R, SAS); experience managing complex analytical workflows, ideally in observational research; strong communication and vendor management skills. Preferred: 5+ years in RWE analysis, experience with international datasets or Common Data Models (e.g., OMOP), and knowledge of regulatory landscape. High-Value: GxP compliant environment, observational/real-world data, biologics or small molecule therapeutic focus in inflammation, cross-functional vendor oversight, and data strategy development.
