Clinical Data Management Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Data Management Lead overseeing end-to-end data activities for pharmaceutical studies, ensuring data quality, compliance, and process improvements. Responsibilities: provide strategic input on study planning, database design, data review and cleaning, vendor oversight, and system validation; lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical teams, biostatistics, and external partners; mentor staff and oversee training. Requirements: Bachelor’s in life sciences or related field; 10+ years in clinical data management within pharma, biotech, or CROs; expertise in EDC systems (preferably Veeva), GxP, and regulatory standards; proven leadership skills and vendor management experience. Preferred: CCDM certification. HighValue: extensive experience leading multiple clinical studies, proficiency with electronic systems (Veeva CDMS/eTMF), and strong stakeholder management.
