About The Role / Responsibilities
- Drive physician and patient identification, market development, and disease/brand awareness for Cortrophin Gel in assigned territory.
- Educate referring and treating healthcare providers; build demand through clinical selling.
- Build and execute territory strategy and account-specific plans; continuously assess sales opportunities to maintain/grow business.
- Prioritize and manage resources to develop highest-potential accounts.
- Build individual account plans for key accounts/physicians; plan, execute, and refine outreach (pre-call planning, tailored call plan, post-call analysis).
- Collaborate with Cortrophin brand team and coordinate with MSLs, Market Access, Patient HUB, and internal stakeholders to ensure access/logistics.
- Partner externally with key accounts/physicians to drive patient identification; develop strategy to retain customers.
- Maintain integrity and compliance; other duties as assigned.

Skills / Competencies (Required/Preferred)
- Account management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving.
- In-house patient support services experience required.
- Product launch experience (plus); working knowledge of government/commercial payers (plus).
- Familiarity with legal/regulatory pharmaceutical requirements.
- Patient services and specialty channel distribution (preferred).

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Advanced degree in business or science preferred.
- 5+ years success in rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Pulmonology experience strongly preferred.
- Work evenings/weekends for events (in-person/virtual).
- Manage multi-state territory as needed.
- Driverโ€™s license required; overnight travel 40โ€“60%.
