Position Overview
The Client Operations Manager at Lynx Therapeutics will oversee the operational functions related to client management and ensure that all projects are executed efficiently. You will act as a crucial link between our clients and internal teams, driving satisfaction and ensuring that our services meet client expectations. This role requires a keen understanding of healthcare operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving client workflows and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate project implementation and ensure timely delivery of services in alignment with client objectives.
- Analyze client feedback and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure all client needs are met.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in client management or operations within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM and project management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical abilities and a drive for results.
