Client Data Management Specialist

Role: Client Data Management Specialist within Adaptive's CDM team, focused on generating and delivering high-quality clinical trial data for biopharma customers using MRD assays. Responsibilities: manage study-specific Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs), coordinate data collection, review, and troubleshooting; develop and maintain data analysis scripts in Python/JSON; support order tracking, client communication, and system setup; participate in process improvements and regulatory compliance activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree + 2 years or Master's + 0 years in a related field; experience with database management, data tools (Python, R, Java), and analytics; strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Preferred: knowledge of data governance, clinical trial processes, molecular biology, high-throughput data analysis, and automation tools. High-Value: biopharma client engagement, clinical research data, high-throughput molecular biology, GxP/regulatory considerations, and data security compliance. Work setup: primarily remote with involvement in cross-functional teams and client interactions.
