Cleanroom Sewing Assembly Tech (Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

Role: Final Assembly Technician I responsible for sewing, assembling, and inspecting heart valve components in a cleanroom environment. Objectives: ensure high-quality assembly of On-X Mechanical Heart Valves with adherence to specifications and standards. Responsibilities: perform sewing of cuffs, inspect components using microscopes, maintain production and inspection records, monitor cleanroom conditions, and batch components for production. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred experience in manufacturing, inspection, or assembly; knowledge of FDA & ISO practices; basic computer skills; ability to read detailed instructions and use microscopes. High-Value: working in a regulated medical device environment, specifically in cardiac valve manufacturing; experience with cleanroom protocols; ability to perform intricate hand work; physical capacity for extended standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs; scheduled Mon-Fri 6 am-2:30 pm with potential overtime and weekends.
