Role: Manufacturing Operator 1 specializing in assembly and packaging of neurosurgical perforators and medical devices in a cleanroom setting. Responsibilities include performing detailed inspections, operating manufacturing equipment, recording quality data, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA standards, and participating in process improvements. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of experience in production, preferably in medical device or regulated environments; basic computer skills; physical ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a cleanroom. Preferred: GMP experience, familiarity with medical device manufacturing, and strong communication skills.
