Chrysalis Plant Manager

Role: Senior operational leader overseeing the safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations of SHINE's Chrysalis medical isotope production facility. Responsibilities: manage all aspects of production from raw materials to finished product, ensure regulatory compliance with 10CFR standards and nuclear safety, oversee operational metrics, budget, maintenance, and supply chain; lead cross-functional teams and serve as primary interface with regulatory bodies and executive leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering, physics, chemistry, or related; 10+ years in nuclear-regulated operations management; strong knowledge of NRC regulations, nuclear safety culture, and quality standards; proven leadership in highly regulated, safety-critical environments with budget and cost management experience. Preferred: advanced degree, extensive experience with 10CFR Part 50 or 70, and regulatory inspections.
