Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic partner and close advisor to the US President; translate priorities into actionable agendas, decision points, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate internal/external engagements (US LT, governance forums, ECN/Board/Investor Relations, Town Halls, HCP and external organization interactions); own briefing materials, pre-reads, talking points, and executive follow-ups; create ECN and Board content.
- Anticipate risks/misalignment and surface decisions requiring President/US LT attention.
- Establish and manage the US LT operating rhythm and operating model; shape agendas; drive clarity on decisions, owners, timelines, and actions.
- Connect leadership discussions across commercial, medical/scientific, market access, policy, operations, talent, culture, AI/technology, compliance, and transformation.
- Partner with Strategy, Platforms & Transformation to connect US strategic priorities and business planning to the Presidentβs agenda; translate strategic choices and transformation priorities into execution plans and narratives.
- Lead the Community of Practice for Strategic Assistants; create forums for sharing best practices; connect and convene functional leads/COEs/SMEs across org and geography.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years in pharma/biotech/health policy/healthcare or healthcare consulting.
- 2+ years leading complex, cross-global/local initiatives.
- 2+ years with a significant consulting group preferred.
- 3+ years commercial experience (multi-functional preferred).
- Experience translating strategy into execution; project management.
- Strong analytical, influencing, diplomacy, storytelling (oral/written), prioritization, and matrix collaboration.
