This role can be remote or based out of our Philadelphia, PA headquarters. For remote employees, regular travel to Philadelphia will be required. As such, we strongly prefer candidates located on the East Coast or near a major travel hub.
As we prepare for commercialization, we are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with biotech launch and commercialization experience to join our Executive Team and lead our global commercial strategy and execution.
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in shaping the commercial future of our company. By developing a deep understanding of all external and internal perspectives, the CCO will propose, gain alignment for, and lead execution of, a patient and physician centric commercial strategy for rese-cel and subsequent pipeline products.
Our name – Cabaletta – is derived from the operatic term that represents a rapid, repetitive, and technically challenging section of an operatic aria, designed to showcase the skills of the lead singer. Analogously, Cabaletta Bio strives to achieve rapid and repetitive product development, building on our indication prioritization and biologic platform that targets the driver of specific autoimmune diseases without the need for long-term immunosuppression.
