Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pharmaceutical testing including HPLC, GC, TLC, UV, dissolution and IR spectroscopy.
- Understand and perform testing per all pertinent SOPs and lab practices.
- Critically evaluate and audit data.
- Write technical analytical reports and procedures.
- Perform routine testing with a senior-level mentor analyst.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical industry practice, and health authority regulations/guidances.
- Strong analytical laboratory skills and communication/reading skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to operate a computer-based data acquisition system for chromatography.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
- Ability to read and interpret complex business/technical documents; write comprehensive reports and detailed correspondence.
- Ability to work with other departments and present to groups.
- Ability to perform computations (percentages, ratios, rates).
- Problem-solving using semi-standardized solutions with some ingenuity and analysis; follow prescribed/detailed procedures.
- Ability to work in normal lab conditions with exposure to chemicals/solvents/fumes/gases; proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
