Responsibilities:
- Support receipt, analysis, resolution, and posting/reporting of wholesaler chargeback requests and reconciliation documentation.
- Ensure accurate, timely chargeback data entry into contract systems consistent with agreement terms, corporate controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
- Analyze chargeback deductions; reconcile differences and validate all chargeback data lines.
- Assist in clearing chargeback deductions; coordinate with IT to implement EDI 844/849 and PDF reconciliation documents.
- Conduct user testing of Model N and other systems; resolve claim transmission issues.
- Run daily/monthly reports from Model N, OtC Reporting tool, and SAP BW for tracking, validation, and data reconciliation.
- Coordinate with wholesalers and Institutional Contracts to resolve chargeback errors related to pricing, membership, eligibility, dating, and claims data.
- Provide guidance/training to less experienced staff; assist with projects/process development; act as assistant/backup to the Director.
- Master Data Management: create/maintain customer master and hierarchy in SAP; monitor data flow to Model N.
- Create/maintain material/pricing master in SAP and Model N; verify and maintain Market Baskets, National Market Share, and Competitor Products.
- Analyze/validate master data, troubleshoot issues, and plan enhancements; maintain MDM Webtool (admin rights/access and stakeholder up-to-date data).
- Conduct user testing for related systems/upgrade activities; provide SOX inquiry support and adhere to SOX controls.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical/medical device or similar industry.
- At least 2 years (preferred) coordinating in Chargeback or Master Data Management.
- Knowledge of β€œBig 3” wholesalers required.
- Familiarity with enterprise integrated systems (e.g., SAP, Model N, I-Many).
- Knowledge of EDI 844 and 849 transaction sets a plus.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP master data and how used by modules (e.g., sales orders, reports) required.
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Travel:
- 0–10% overnight travel required.
