Responsibilities: manage escalations, define problems, assemble teams for quick resolution, capture support knowledge, and publish to internal knowledge bases; may include technical training, field feedback, and on-site support. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree; 8+ years supporting or using BioTek Cell Analysis systems; strong remote communication and situational leadership skills; customer-focused; able to travel up to 25%.
