Channel Assist Engineer

Role: Channel Assist Engineer providing remote technical support for BioTek (PLXB) Cell Analysis systems, focusing on resolving customer issues efficiently. Responsibilities: support FSEs via remote interactions, manage escalations by troubleshooting and coordinating teams, contribute to knowledge management by creating support content, and potentially deliver technical training as a Certified Instructor. Additional duties include field visits and providing feedback to product teams. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree, 8+ years supporting or operating BioTek Cell Analysis products, excellent remote communication, leadership, and customer service skills. High-Value: extensive experience with BioTek PLXB systems, customer support expertise, and ability to operate in an interrupt-driven environment.
