Channel Assist Engineer

Role: Channel Assist Engineer providing remote technical support for BioTek (PLXB) Cell Analysis products to field service teams. Objectives: ensure timely, cost-effective problem resolution and support product performance. Responsibilities: troubleshoot and manage escalations, capture support knowledge, create technical content for internal use, and possibly deliver technical training or visit customer sites. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 8+ years supporting or operating BioTek Cell Analysis systems, strong remote communication skills, customer focus, and ability to operate in an interrupt-driven environment. Preferred: experience in bioinstrumentation support, leadership skills, and travel readiness. HighValue: BioTek Cell Analysis, support/operations, 8+ years experience, remote troubleshooting, knowledge management, and up to 25% travel. Work setup: full-time, remote flexibility, with a day shift; travel approximately 10%.
