Channel Assist Engineer

Objectives include resolving customer issues swiftly and efficiently, managing escalations, and contributing to knowledge management to aid self-help solutions. Responsibilities encompass remote troubleshooting, escalation management, creating support content, and potentially delivering technical training and customer site visits. Requirements include a bachelor's or master's degree and 8+ years of experience supporting or operating BioTek Cell Analysis systems. Key skills involve remote communication, situational leadership, customer focus, and ability to work in an interrupt-driven environment. Preferred: experience with BioTek systems, technical training certification (CIP), and up to 25% travel.
