Change Readiness Director โ Innovative Medicine R&D
Responsibilities:
- Drive organizational change and lead strategy, development, and implementation of R&D-wide improvement programs and transformations.
- Develop and implement change readiness strategies aligned to organizational/program objectives.
- Create and execute communications frameworks and plans to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in across the R&D organization.
- Establish and use metrics/dashboards to measure change effectiveness and impact.
- Identify change impacts from R&D strategic imperatives and translate insights into engagement strategies.
- Role-model and embed Courage & Care cultural and behavior shifts in a matrix organization.
Qualifications/Required:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Masterโs preferred).
- 10+ yearsโ experience in change management, organizational development, or communications (operating model, culture, and technology transformations).
- Experience leading teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication/presentation/interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks/methodologies.
