Change Readiness Director โ Innovative Medicine R&D (People Leader)
Responsibilities:
- Drive organizational change by leading strategy, development, and implementation of R&D improvement programs and transformations.
- Create and implement change readiness strategies/plans aligned to objectives and stakeholder impacts.
- Develop and execute communications frameworks and plans across employee audiences.
- Identify and engage key R&D stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Establish readiness and measurement strategies (metrics/dashboards) to assess effectiveness and R&D performance impact.
- Identify major change impacts and conduct needs assessments; translate insights into engagement strategies.
- Embed cultural/behavior shifts and new ways of working across a matrix organization (Courage & Care).
Required qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Masterโs preferred.
- 10+ yearsโ experience in change management, organizational development, or communications (operating model, culture, and technology transformations).
- Experience leading teams and external partners; managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence across all levels.
Preferred qualifications/skills:
- Experience in pharma R&D.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Alliance formation, business alignment/model innovation, communications measurement, inclusive leadership, impact reporting, strategic change/thinking, developing others, training people.

Compensation:
- Anticipated base pay range: $150,000.00โ$258,750.00
