As a Strategic Change Enablement Leader, the role centers on enabling and driving transformation within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Influence and lead change management for product developments, services, release management planning, and deployments
- Operate as an internal service provider for realizing product roadmaps
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for change enablement and executive relationship manager for key strategic partners
- Provide strategic partnership and executive leadership support on change enablement for the function and programs it leads
- Drive stakeholder engagement to align teams with the organization’s vision and goals
Accountabilities:
- Create and implement tailored change strategies using dynamic assets, media, and AI-supported deliverables
- Provide guidance on best practices to junior team members and program members
- Maintain and deliver against the change strategy; identify improvements to change processes, practices, and tools
- Conduct stakeholder impact analysis, assess readiness, and develop change plans to drive adoption
- Identify and manage change champions; engage key stakeholders to secure support and address concerns
- Establish feedback mechanisms and adjust strategies based on feedback
- Develop change management processes and tools; oversee delivery of change management and communication strategies
- Champion and drive change management; create plans that maximize buy-in/adoption/trust and minimize resistance
- Manage communications and training analysts; ensure employee/user enablement using emerging and innovative technologies and methodologies
- Monitor and measure progress using metrics and feedback
- Serve as a senior escalation point for change management; support Change & Culture team activities as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Training, IS)
- 10+ years of experience in Communications or Organizational Change Management
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and change networks
- Experience in digital/technology product change management
- Experience in business partnering with internal stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross-functional change and work in multicultural teams; strong relationship-building
- Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills and English language skills
- Solid IT skills; quick learner; open to new methodologies
- Flexibility to travel as needed
