Role Responsibilities:
- Enable and drive transformation at a higher level within the organization.
- Influence and lead change management for product developments, services, release management planning and deployments.
- Operate as an internal service provider for realization of product roadmaps.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for change enablement and executive relationship manager for key strategic partners.
- Provide strategic partnership and executive leadership support for change enablement across functions and programs.
- Align stakeholders with the organization’s vision and goals during change.

Accountabilities:
- Create and implement tailored change strategies for activities and assigned projects.
- Maintain and deliver against best-in-class change strategy; identify improvements to change processes, practices, and tools.
- Oversee best-in-class change management and communication strategies; manage communications and training analysts.
- Conduct stakeholder impact analysis, assess change readiness, develop change plans, and identify/manange change champions.
- Ensure leadership alignment; manage feedback mechanisms; track progress using metrics.
- Stay current on digital/emerging technologies and trends; enable employees/users through communication and training.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s (Communications, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources) essential.
- 10+ years in Communications or Organizational Change Management.
- Strong communication (verbal/written) and analytical skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders/change networks; business partnering.
- Change management experience for Digital/Technology products.
- Ability to lead cross-functional change; work in multicultural teams.
- Solid knowledge of data/digital/technology topics; open to new methodologies.
- Flexibility to travel as necessary.
