Center Supervisor

Role: Supervise daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient blood/plasma collections. Responsibilities: manage center workflows, staff scheduling, and performance; conduct error investigations and support process improvements; oversee compliance with SOPs, health and safety policies, and confidentiality. Involves supporting recruitment, training, and potentially assisting with marketing initiatives to enhance donor retention. Coordinates with management on employee performance and maintains accurate donor data. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing team activities; strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or higher. High-Value: Blood/plasma collection environment, safety protocols (OSHA, HSE), cross-training in technical areas, bilingual skills if needed, and work in a fast-paced setting with potential exposure to hazardous materials. Work setup: Physical presence in the center, with extended hours, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, and PPE use.
