Center Supervisor

Role: Supervises daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient blood donation processes. Responsibilities: manage staffing, monitor donor flow, conduct error investigations, support performance appraisals, ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain safety and cleanliness, and assist with training and recruitment. Also involved in data accuracy, employee relations, and potentially marketing initiatives. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Experience: minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing teams. Skills: strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment with exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, and bloodborne pathogens. High-Value: Blood/plasma collection, donor management, compliance with health and safety standards, cross-training in technical areas, bilingual abilities may be advantageous. Work Setup: physical presence required, with extended hours and overtime support.
