Center Supervisor

Role: Supervise daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient blood collection processes. Responsibilities: manage staff performance, monitor donor flow, ensure compliance with SOPs, conduct error investigations, facilitate staffing, maintain safety and cleanliness, oversee data accuracy, and support employee training and development. May participate in recruitment and marketing initiatives. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred bachelor’s degree with a combination of education and experience. Minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing team activities. Skills: strong leadership, communication, and compliance knowledge; ability to handle fast-paced environment, perform physical tasks, and adhere to safety protocols. High-Value: plasma collection, blood donor center operations, staff supervision, safety and compliance (HSE/OSHA), potential bilingual skills, cross-training in technical functions, and ability to work extended hours. Work setup: physical presence required, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds; overtime and extended hours expected; environment involves exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, and blood-borne pathogens.
