Center Supervisor

Role: Supervise daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient blood collection, reporting to the Center Manager. Responsibilities: oversee staff performance, facilitate donor flow, maintain compliance with SOPs, ensure adequate staffing, conduct error investigations, participate in performance appraisals, assist with recruitment, promote safety and confidentiality, and support marketing initiatives. Qualifications: high school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred; minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing team activities. High-Value: plasma collection, blood bank operations, compliance with HSE/OSHA, cross-training across technical functions, bilingual skills may be preferred. WorkSetup: primarily on-site in a fast-paced environment, involving frequent standing, walking, manual dexterity, and lifting up to 25 lbs; overtime and extended hours required.
