Center Supervisor

Role: Supervises daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient blood collection processes. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs, coordinating donor flow, maintaining adequate staffing levels, conducting error investigations, and supporting performance evaluations and training. May assist with recruitment, marketing initiatives, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensures accurate data entry and a clean, safe work environment; cross-training across technical functions and supporting safety protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred Bachelor's degree. At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing staff activities. High-value biopharma specifics: Blood/plasma collection, donor management, compliance with HSE and OSHA standards, and experience in a regulated environment. Additional skills include strong communication, decision-making, and physical ability to perform in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment, including lifting up to 25 pounds, working extended hours, and wearing PPE. Bilingual skills may be required. Work setup: Physical presence required, with extended hours and potential overtime; physical and mental demands typical for blood collection facilities.
