Center Supervisor

Role: Supervises daily plasma center operations to ensure efficient donor collections, focusing on staff management, process optimization, and compliance. Responsibilities: oversee staff instructions and meetings, communicate performance expectations, handle employee relations and escalated donor issues, facilitate donor flow, monitor attendance and overtime, investigate errors, and support recruitment and training.
