Center Supervisor

Role: Oversee daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient blood collection processes. Responsibilities: supervise staff, manage donor flow, ensure compliance with SOPs, monitor staffing, conduct error investigations, support performance appraisals, and maintain safety and confidentiality standards. May participate in recruitment, marketing initiatives, and develop process improvements. Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing teams. Skills: strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to handle hazardous conditions and perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and working with bloodborne pathogens. High-value: plasma collection, blood center operations, compliance with HSE and OSHA, cross-training across technical functions, potential bilingual requirements, and shift flexibility. Work setup: on-site with extended hours and overtime as needed.
