Center Supervisor

Role: Supervise daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient donor collections. Responsibilities: oversee SOP-compliant activities, manage staff scheduling, minimize donor wait times, conduct error investigations, support performance appraisals, assist with recruitment, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies, maintain accurate donor data, and promote a safe work environment. Qualifications: high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing team activities. HighValue: experience in blood/plasma collection centers, staff management, compliance with safety (OSHA/HSE), and donor data recording; cross-training in technical/operational functions; bilingual skills may be advantageous.
