Center Supervisor

Role: Supervisor of plasma center operations, responsible for overseeing daily staff activities to ensure efficient plasma collection and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities: manage staff scheduling, monitor donor flow, conduct error investigations, support performance appraisals, assist with recruitment, ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain accurate donor data records. May assist with marketing initiatives and cross-train in technical areas. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred bachelor’s degree. Experience: minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing team activities.
