Center Supervisor

Role: Supervises daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient blood collection, reporting to the Center Manager. Responsibilities: oversee staffing, monitor performance and compliance with SOPs, coordinate donor flow, conduct error investigations, handle employee relations and performance reviews, assist with recruitment, maintain safety and cleanliness, ensure accurate donor data recording, and support operational initiatives. Qualifications: high school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing others. High-Value: plasma collection, blood banking operations, process improvement, safety compliance (HSE, OSHA), cross-training in technical areas, potential bilingual requirement, working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and hazardous chemicals. Work setup: primarily on-site with extended hours as needed; physical demands include standing, walking, manual dexterity, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and wearing PPE.
